* Buy a magazine you never normally do. Good ones to pick up are Plastique, Jalouse, Interview and Tank. I recently discovered I like Rolling Stone.
-- would buy if it was available in France. Instead I’ll decide next time I’ll go to a newsagent.
* Wear a hat all day.

* Listen to Pull Up To The Bumper by Grace Jones. Loudly.
-- Done. Didn’t find any interest whatsoever.
* Watch your favourite movie of all time. Or watch my favourite: Clueless.
-- Thinking about it, I don’t think I can name my favourite movie. Highly disturbing.
* Splurge on a really good hardback fashion book you know you’ll love forever.
-- Keeping the idea for the next my bank account is healthy.
* Wear leopard print underwear.

* Make a list of the 5 designers you would most like to design your wedding dress. Even if you are already married/don’t want to get married/ not engaged.

* Refer to everyone as ‘sweetie darling’ Absolutely Fabulous style. But stop when people get annoyed.

Why don’t you…

* listen to I don’t give a shit by Cocoon. Or que fait la vie by Vanessa Paradis.
* read the March chapter of a girl for all seasons and try and stick to the program.
* try a new cook recipe. One you’ll never have thought of doing because your kitchen is too small, your fridge is empty and you don’t have anyone to share it with.
* pick up the most expensive and daring pieces of clothes in your wardrobe (which does not go very far for some people) and wear it outside for a whole day.
* lie on your bed and look at the color of your hair in the sun.
* seriously think about how to change that room whose furniture you can’t bear anymore (because Ikea is never far from where you live)
* watch again Charmed. Even if it’s only to remember that Cole and Phoebe lasted longer than Buffy and Angel.
* lose one meaningless habit for a day. Don’t check your door one minute after locking it, wait until tomorrow to do the washing-up, and see that the world doesn’t collapse.
* buy a really expensive care cream. Kiehl’s hand cream or Estée Lauder Idealist on top of my list.
* wear a tiara for a whole day.

* do something truly unselfish and ungratifying.
